Dates, numbers, addresses, names, sorting, layout, and persistence
all carry assumptions. Some of those assumptions sit far below the
visible text.

against the locales and markets you intend to support. It is the
engineering investigation beneath the localized experience.
Look for assumptions
that cross layers
Suppose a price is formatted for one locale, parsed by a second
convention, and saved using a third. The interface may look localized
while the stored amount is wrong.
Or a form accepts Unicode names but an export strips them. Or the
date component localizes its display while the validation message still
assumes month-first input.
CARBON can inspect string externalization, locale handling,
formatting, Unicode, right-to-left support, and the relevant test and
delivery setup. Runtime evidence, where available, helps separate actual
behavior from architectural readiness.
