Human judgment where it can actually change the testing.

Is this a disposable demo or the workflow your customers will depend
on tomorrow?
The code may not tell you. Neither will another hundred generated
tests.
/carbon-human identifies the smallest set of
project-specific human questions that could materially change the
assessment: intent, risk appetite, workflow fit, domain assumptions,
consequences, and accountability.
Spend human attention
carefully
Do not ask “what does the app do?” when the README already explains
it. Ask whether the implemented workflow solves the customer's actual
problem, whether a surprising behavior is acceptable, or who absorbs the
damage when it fails.
CARBON inspects existing context first. Questions are separated for
Testers, PM or Project Manager, Product Manager, and Developer so the
right people can see the decisions they are best placed to clarify.
The local HTML workspace supports quick choices, free-form answers,
and comments. Questions and answers persist so future runs do not
repeatedly ask for the same context. A changed business situation can
still require revisiting an old answer.
Keep testing while the
question is open
/carbon-human identify the few unresolved decisions that could change readiness for this release; group them by role
Missing optional answers qualify the technical assessment rather than
blocking every useful check. Silence is not approval, and a recorded
opinion is not an executed test result.
The aim is not to turn people into a questionnaire service for the
agent. It is to reserve their attention for the places where intent,
experience, and responsibility make the answer materially better.
