CARBON

Native plugin

CARBON for Claude.

  1. In Claude Code, open /plugin and choose Discover. In Cowork, open the plugin directory.
  2. Search CARBON and verify the publisher is testers.ai. Older listings may still say Light.
  3. Review permissions, install, then start a new task or session. Use /carbon:carbon or the command picker.

Node.js 22+ is required for the local server; the demo also needs Python 3.10+. Your account or organization may restrict plugins.

Manual installation

Download the free native package. Extract it and use claude --plugin-dir /absolute/path/to/carbon, or the supported custom-plugin upload in Cowork. Do not install an unrelated similarly named plugin.

Ask Jay to test my current change with CARBON. Start with a five-minute risk-based pass, show a live rendered report, verify the most important suspected issue, and propose a regression test. Ask before editing code. Finish with evidence and coverage gaps.

Or try the disposable demo. Ask Jay to open CARBON settings to adjust budgets and analytics. Settings do not start a test. Use the returned protected localhost URL in a browser tab, not an HTML source editor.

The report is private. Never share its token-bearing localhost URL. Review and redact exported evidence before sharing.
