## How to use a pre-built pack

1. Open `example-A-escaped-bug-finder.md`.
2. Read Stage 01 to see a finished ideation artifact — that's your starting point.
3. Adopt it as-is, or swap the buyer/wedge and re-run the stage prompts from the workbook.
4. Jump to whatever stage the room is on. You're never "behind" — you have a worked artifact for every stage.

## How to build the demo

- **Your chatbot** — paste a prompt, it renders the HTML page right in the chat. Easiest, zero setup.
- **Lovable** — end-to-end app (lovable.dev). Quick signup, but only a couple iterations before the paywall.

Finishing the loop is the only goal.
