The most recurring specific problems I found: "third-party scripts blocking page load" (found on 5 sites); "console error: jshandle@error" (found on 4 sites); "missing cache headers on static resources" (found on 3 sites).

Top performers: David Jones, Big W, Kmart (fewest issues). Sites needing the most work: PLANit, Officeworks, Target AU (most issues). The gap between best and worst is significant — the cleanest sites have 12 issues while the roughest have 184, suggesting very different levels of QA investment.
