Our story

Brewtown started as a single cart outside the Saturday market in 2009. Two espresso machines, one tent, and a lot of rainy mornings later, we opened our first brick-and-mortar shop on Roast Street.

Sourcing

We buy directly from twelve farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, paying above fair-trade rates. Every bag is traceable to the lot it was grown on.

Roasting

All beans are roasted in-house on our 15kg Probat, in batches small enough that nothing sits on the shelf for more than a week.
